I am a real estate agent with 15 years in the business. As a Buyer looking at houses, you're seeing only what is going on with the surface of the house. Going through a home inspection is like looking at yourself naked in the mirror. You're able to see the flaws & go through a game plan to fix them. When I am a Buyer's Agent, working in the best interest of the Buyer, I need to have a home inspector that will go the extra mile and do a good, thorough, detailed inspection not someone who just glosses over potential problems.



Jeff is great with first time home buyers. He takes the time to explain what various mechanicals do & how to maintain them. He has a new state of the art home inspection report which also shows pictures of those hard to see areas that can show potential defects. His inspections take anywhere from 2.5 -3 hours on an average size single family home. He climbs up on the roofs, weather permitting, & climbs into the attic. Should there be any issues, he has a picture ready to show you so that you understand. I have had some pretty difficult timelines to get home inspections done by and Jeff always trys to accomodate this. I highly recommend him as a good, solid professional that you can trust with this most important decision of buying your home.
