Went with this company due to an offer they had in money magazine. When guy came he said that was for basic maintenance service & for carpet that had been cared for properly, he the proceeded to pull the used car salesman act with fast talking & the "well let me call my boss & see what price I can get for you" schpeal. So what was originally supposed to be $34.99 turned into $115.00, for a living room & dining room! I specifically asked the technician that with what I was now getting would still dry in 4-6 hours as advertised & he said "oh yea yea, no problem" 12 hours later the carpet is still damp & sticky, 16hrs later there are still damp spots in certain areas. I had my ac on, ceiling fans & ocelating fans like the technician recommended. Now 36hrs later the carpet is dry & I can already see spots creeping back up. And whatever chemical or machine they use leaves a musty almost stale cigarette smell in the carpet. All I wanted to do was freshen up our carpet for family coming to visit for the holidays, now I'm out $115 with stinky carpet. So disappointed.

DO NOT USE this company! You will be VERY VERY unhappy! I used them just today (really wish I had read these reviews prior), they quoted me $80 ($50 for cleaning and extra $30 because i m on 3rd floor apt.). After they arrived and started unpacking their equipment- the quote more than doubled to $203. I argued that was not the price and he told me they had to charge per room and per square foot. ALSO charge for the chemicals they used....SUCH BS. I argued to take it down from 4 rooms to 3 rooms (whoo hoo) saved me a whole $10! I am in a time crunch with work hours and being out of our apartment so I was backed into a corner and had to pay the $197 and WILL NEVER use this company again and will tell everyone I know NOT to use them! BAIT AND SWITCH- how do you sleep at night knowing you re ripping people off this badly!??

Will came out and cleaned my carpet. First he took a complete walk thru with me stating what it would take to get it like new. Upon booking the appt I knew fifty bucs for the coupon wasn't gonna do it. Will have me two options one doing full service and one doing a showcase special. Anyways an hour or so later I was really impressed. Carpet dried quickly and I can get it cleaned for free within the year just having to pay for scotchguard! Thanks will and precision!

This Company charged 4 times the amount quoted. Customers have to pay additional cost to actually have carpets clean. The maintenance special does not mean it will clean your carpets. Why else would you have a company come?? The company does not follow their information that is listed on line. They do not care about satisfaction or reputation. The company says their cleaning method will make the traffic lanes fluffy and clean, solubilize oily dirt, washes out most spots, and flushes out odor sources but this service cost additional money, 4 times the amount quoted. The techniction even stated, "your carpets are not that dirty". He also said the additional service was needed or our home would smell and we do not even have pets. Clearly this goes against what the company has listed. When making appointments make sure you are present and know the information told. If you send a spouse that is not certain of the details the company will take advantage by adding additional cost and then call the spouse incompetent. When asked to speak to the owner I was not even given the chance by the manager because he said "he was the mouth peice for him". Then during the beginning of the coversation the manager passed the phone to the secretary so that she could be insulting and rude. I would not recommend this service to anyone!

rip off - scam artist. I had a quote of $69 for a basic cleaning which I knew would go up once the stains etc were treated. They wanted to charge me almost $900 to clean my carpet - and my carpet is not that bad, nor do I have that much of it. Then they came down on the price several times and ended up "calling the manager" to get a better deal - I felt like I was buying a car. Very high pressure and intimidating. They were in and out in an hour. Absolutely ridiculous and would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

Advertised price $49.99....5 rooms and hall. I have some pet damage and would expect a slightly higher charge. However, I was quoted $500!!! Told them I'd think about it and get back with them and let them out. A few minutes later, they came back to the door for me to talk to their manager and I was offered a $250 "deal." When I declined again the "manager" proceeded to yell at me and tell me I wasted his time and needed to get realistic on what carpeting cleaning cost! This company is far from professional! As professional business woman I certainly don't expect something for nothing but I certainly am smart enough to know that a good business doesn't have to resort to bait and switch pricing tactics and should NEVER yell or bully a potential customer. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Buyer beware!!!!

This company insisted they have the best customer service around and in the beginning I believed it. I paid $200 dollars for them to take care of a pet odor problem in 1 room of my house. Included in the $200 charge was a 14 day guarantee that if the odor wasn't taken care of they would come back out and re-spray. I called 3 days after the original cleaning when I noticed the odor was still a problem and they did send someone back out a second time but 5 days after that treatment the smell still lingered a little bit. I called back within the 14 days & asked if they could spray one more time. I said they did a great job the last time but there is still a little bit of an odor. The guy I spoke to told me with attitude that I am obviously the kind of person that tries to get something for nothing and the only reason they came out the second time was "to make me happy" and he was very rude about it. I would have been happy if they kept their word and provided the service I paid for. Apparently their "customer service" doesn't even last the 14 days I was promised and paid $200 for.

Just like all other "bargain" carpet cleaners. They get to your house and tell you it's and extra $100 to turn on the truck. Rip off!

Do not waste your money calling this company. They were extremely rude, and unprofessional. When you enter my home I have laminate flooring, and before even reaching the bedroom to see the condition of my carpeting-we were advised of additional fees. When I called to speak to a manager and advise of the technician's "attitude" I received a manager with an even worse attitude. Never even was able to explain why I called before he started defending his technician. I am guessing this happens a lot thru out their day.

this place is horrible came to my house saying all this stuff and giving us smart talk about how dog urine works and how bad it is and that they need this special product to clean it, trying to charge me $675 we said no and he said let me call my boss and see what he can do and lowered it to 500 this place was horrible just a scam called a local shop and got the same for 130 for all of my rooms thank god!! im not stupid

Came across a coupon in the Mint Magazine for having my carpet cleaned for $79 for 8 rooms and hallway. Precision Carpet came out, he walked around and informed me I had 6 rooms and a hallway. The cost was going to be over $300. They made no effort to

honor their coupon – only wished me luck on finding someone else.



No luck need as I called Citrus Solution and got it all done for $105.00.
