Since 1995, Preferred Assisted Living & Respite Care is an elder care organization that provides Alzheimers disease, dementia disorder and work with hospice care services throughout New Mexico. Our organization is committed to helping seniors "age in place". We provide the services and support that are necessary to help seniors maintain independent lifestyles for as long as possible. Preferred Assisted Living & Respite Care offers: Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Memory Care facility Intimate assisted living homes throughout New Mexico Consulting pharmacists and dieticians We work directly with hospice Consulting doctors and nurses Senior daytime caregivers Overnight respite care When living at home is no longer possible, and a nursing home isn't the answer. We provide care for seniors with Alzheimer's, dementia and hospice care. We are locally owned and operated and have multiple locations in Albuquerque and Las Cruces. We have multiple, intimate assisted living homes throughout New Mexico, including Albuquerque and Las Cruces. Our assisted living facilities are small, offering care to a maximum of 15 seniors at a time. This allows us to create a sense of community. Our elderly residents establish friendships with one another and with the staff. The staff learns about you and is accessible to help you enjoy your life with independence. The small settings also mean that you can visit casually and comfortably with your loved ones. We also have senior apartments available, and daytime and nighttime respite services. We work with carefully screened, bonded, and insured caregivers to provide assistance with all activities of daily living, from companionship and meal preparation to shopping, errands, and housekeeping.
