Leroy is a godsend. It seems like appliances in this day and time are lacking in quality workmanship. Our refrigerator and dishwasher started giving us trouble after only purchasing them a couple of years ago. Our 10 yr. old freezer was acting strange and we called him. Each time he came out right away and fixed the appliances in no time. Leroy is the guy to go to when you need appliance repair. He is great!

We've never had a more professional, courteous, fast and efficient appliance repairman than the owner of Premier Appliance, Leroy Vargas. He communicates well, is prompt with his appointments, and does excellent repair work. We highly recommend him to anyone who wants top-notch service.

The service person will not return calls. Took over a month the fix a leak. Very poor service. Call someone else.

If you never want a call back, or have your appliance fixed....these are your guys! I've been waiting for my oven and microwave to be fixed for OVER TWO MONTHS. He has one part he needs to enable me to use my oven again, but is apparently still waiting for my microwave handle part to be made, shipped from China, and driven by donkey to New Mexico. None of my calls have been returned for the last month, even though they say they will call back by the next business day. They must have a lot of holidays or something. :-( I have complained to Whirlpool and hopefully they will no longer do business with these guys. You would be wise to do the same.
