The owner is rude, incompetent and cheap. Twice we have brought dry cleaning here and it was not back on the day we were told. The first time I let it slide because they claimed their machines at the factory broke and stuff was backed up. The second time I went there before closing the day of pick up and again, the clothes weren't there. The owner lied and said he texted me that the boiler was down, but I showed him my phone and the lack of a text. I asked to see his and he said he would give me a DOLLAR off the price instead of proving that he texted me. So all in all we got the clothes a day late, still paid for the clothes and got attitude and lies from the owner. Conclusion: There are plenty of wash and fold/dry cleaning services in Rochester, don't waste your money to inevitably get screwed over by this one.
