Provided by YP.comHad a HVAC issue on the Friday before Christmas. Called Prime and they had a technician out within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, explained the issue and the fix. He then ordered the part and fixed the issue. We were only without heat for about an hour total.
The technician was great. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

Provided by YP.comI've had to use this business because my home warranty is covered by the company and if you have the option, go elsewhere. I've waited a week for them to submit a simple piece of paperwork to get my claim going. They were called twice and assured us that it would be submitted right away. Surprise surprise... They didn't do their job. Now I'm spending a lot of money to eat out because I have kids and no way to cook. Thanks Prime HVAC. You SUCK!!!
