Well Joshua S. isn't exaggerating, he and his wife both hysterically confronted me over the price of the service call. Pretty amazing that they would think irrigation service would be free but I guess that's how entitled millennials roll these days. He actually told me that "he didn't sign anything so he doesn't owe anything." Nice, huh?

Phoned the office to request a technician to repair or replace a sprinkler head. Was told that they would send a technician the next day. Technicians show up and fix the aforementioned sprinkler head and proceed to tell us that we will be billed $90 for the service. Called the office to confront Mr. Prince about the cost and he repeatedly told us that it was posted on the website. When questioned about why we were not informed about the fee up front or even before the service was completed the continued to change his stance saying that we were just upset with the cost. By his reaction I would have to assume they get this call alot and that would explain his defensive response and poor attitude. He was very condescending when speaking to myself and my wife on the phone and laughed when we threatened to contact the better business bureau. In utter disbelief with the unprofessionalism we experienced and will NEVER be using this service again EVER!

Actually, we did call Cary C. several times and went by his house two times on 05/07/2014. We also left a door hanger stating we were sorry we missed him. Also he called on 04/28 so the two week comment is an exaggeration. I wonder if Cary C. would like to revise his statement?

Outstanding service and great price. Had to come back because it rained day we set appointment.- no problem . Pleasure to work with. Jonathon was great. .
