Jay at Priority Comfort is nothing but the best. VERY UPFRONT doesn't BS and he gets right to the point. Tells the worst/best case scenarios on your issue. He has never let me down. I call he shows. Prices are within line with the industry if not better at times. He was able to pin point a problem that other companies could not find. If you want a knowledgeable, straightforward HVAC tech look no further.



For the person who is stating that they are upset for not sending their claim to insurance that is usually the clients reasonability. I had a claim myself and I am the one who had to file the claim and submit the paperwork. My tech I had at the time (not priority - before 2007) offered to do it for me for a fee which I understood since time is money. Anther thing, I never had a return call or text. Maybe it's just me or had the best of luck or this company is just as good as they say they are.

Jay and his team are the BEST! Every time I had a problem with my Heater or Air unit, I called Priority Comfort. They will diagnose the problem quickly and fix it right the first time! They provide prompt customer service, they are Extremely Honest, professional, reasonably priced, and are experts in their field! I will never lose their number, it's programed in my phone. If you ever use their services, you will feel the same way too.

We just had Priority Comfort install a furnace and an AC, and we were extremely happy with the owner's professionalism and the work they did. They're honest and good at what they do and we recommend them highly.

They totally made my day I HAVE HEAT AND HOT WATER, they got it done within a few hours cleaned up the mess that they made. I was comfortable with them being in my home, they are very professional.They also are very affordable. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. They are my only HVAC company for life!
