I contacted the pool guy with Pro Lawn to vacuum my pool. He shorted out the motor on my pump. He did replace the pump. However, he also shorted out the outlet my outside freezer was plugged into (same circuit as pump). I had to throw out a freezer full of food and hire someone to replace the receptacle. Then I finished vacuuming the pool debris he left and discovered he also made a 2" gash in the bottom of the lining in my pool. I contacted the owner, he suggested maybe the gash was already there. SERIOUSLY???? I would not recommend this company.

THIS REVIEW SHOULD BE MINUS (-) STARS. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TOUCH YOUR POOL IF DALE BROUSSARD IS THE PERSON THEY SEND. I AM 65 YRS OLD AND MY HUSBAND IS 68 SO IT HAS BECOME VERY DIFFICULT FOR US TO GET OUR POOL OPENED UP AND CLEANED AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH SUMMER SEASON. THIS SUMMER WE DECIDED TO ASK OUR POOL INSTALLER (SPLASH POOLS, BATON ROUGE) IF THEY HAD SOMEONE THEY COULD RECOMMEND. THEY GAVE US PRO LAWN'S CARD. I CALLED PRO LAWN AND SHORTLY AFTER DALE BROUSSARD CALLED ME BACK. DALE CAME OUT AND SAID HE COULD GET OUR COVER OFF AND GET OUR WATER CLEAR AND READY FOR SUMMER FOR A COST OF $450.

WELL, THE FIRST TIME HE CAME OUT WE WERE FIGHTING TO GET THE COVER OFF AND HE SAID QUOTE, "WELL, WISH I COULD HELP BUT I HAVE TO GET GOING; I WILL BE BACK WHEN YOU GET THE COVER OFF...AND IF I WERE YOU I WOULD JUST LET THE DIRT AND LEAVES FALL IN THE POOL SINCE I WILL BE GETTING THE WATER CLEAR ANYWAY." HE ALSO WAS NOT CONVENIENTLY NOT AVAILABLE TO HELP US GET THE STEPS PUT IN THE POOL. RIGHT THERE I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN WHAT WE WERE GETTING INTO. BUT SINCE HE SAID HE COULD GET MY POOL GOING IN A COUPLE OF DAYS, I DECIDED TO LET HIM GO ON WITH THE WORK. AFTER ABOUT A WEEK THE WATER WAS SOMEWHAT CLEAR, ALTHOUGH STILL A BIT GREEN. THE WALLS WERE VERY GREEN AND STAINED. HE SAID HE WAS COMING BY EVERY OTHER DAY OR SO AT ABOUT 5 IN THE MORNING (WHETHER THIS WAS TRUE OR NOT WE ARE NOT SURE BECAUSE HE WAS ALWAYS GONE BEFORE WE WERE UP IN THE AM. I DO KNOW THAT HE DID COMPLAIN SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT HAVING TO COME OUT TO LIVINGSTON FROM BATON ROUGE TO GET THIS DONE.). ON HIS LAST VISIT HE KNOCKED ON OUR DOOR AND SAID HE WAS DONE AND WANTED HIS CHECK. I LOOKED AT THE POOL AND TOLD HIM I THOUGHT THE WALLS WERE STILL MUCH TOO GREEN; HE COULD TELL I WAS DISAPPOINTED BUT HE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING MORE HE COULD DO AND THOUGHT HE DESERVED HIS CHECK (WHICH I MIGHT AD HE MADE ME WRITE TO HIM PERSONALLY, NOT TO PRO LAWN & SWIMMING POOL SERVICES. I SHOULD HAVE STOPPED PAYMENT ON THE CHECK BUT THAT WAS MY MISTAKE. SINCE HE LEFT WE HAVE HAD TO BUY CHEMICALS IN THE AMOUNT OF $400 FOR THE STAINED WALLS & STEPS AND FOR TREATMENT OF A MAJOR CASE OF ALGAE AND CLOUDY WATER, WHICH WE ARE STILL WORKING ON. ON TOP OF THAT WE FOUND THE FIRST TIME WE WENT TO CHANGE THE FILTER CARTRIDGE HE HAD PUT THE FILTER BACK INTO THE CARTRIDGE CASING INCORRECTLY, FORCING IT INTO THE CASING (THERE IS AN ARROW SHOWING WHICH WAY THE FILTER FACES SO IT IS SET INTO THE CASING CORRECTLY). WE ACTUALLY HAD TO GLUE OUR CORE BACK TOGETHER AFTER PULLING IT OUT.

IF THERE WERE MINUS STARS TO BE GIVEN FOR A REVIEW HE WOULD CERTAINLY DESERVE A TRIPLE MINUS SCORE.

Your company should either hire new people or fire the current ones. I was told by Dale Broussard he was a honest guy and doesn't take advantage of people. Well I guess I shouldn't be surprised that he lied. Took my check for no work done and said whenever I needed my chemicals just call. Well...I called and apparently he "wasn't going to drive all the way to Walker for $20 bucks, it wasn't worth it" Actually sir, I paid you $65 and you did NOTHING for it, so ultimately you're no better than a thief. On top of all that I was quoted $65 to get my pool summer ready and when he came out he DOUBLED the price. If I could give a no star, that's what you'd have. Shame on you for taking advantage of a single woman who has no other option but to deal with a sneaky person like you.

Great service. They were very friendly, reliable and quick. My pool had several issues, but they kept coming back and taking care of anything that needed fixing until I had a beautiful, sparkling pool. Definately recommend them!

I just called and Owner totally BLEW ME OFF by telling me that he has "Too much to do", REALLY??? I called him out on that statement, and got no honest answer back. SUCKS that you just can't put your business first before personal conflict sir!! HONESTLY, you took the next call and agreed to go out to their home... because GUESS WHAT? That was also ME calling you to see if yoi'd tell the next person the excuse you gave to me. Shame on you!! I asked you to be honest with me. Hmmmm.... YOU WERE NOT TOO BUSY TO TAKE ON MY OTHER CALL & JOB for you!! What gives??? I gave YOU a 1 star RATING because at least "YOU ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALLS".
