This is by far the worst towing company around. They're customer service is so bad, "Tracy" may be the most unpleasant woman to talk to over the phone. I asked her "where is my car" and she replied "somewhere in orchard mesa". When I asked for the address she replied, "I can't give you that information until we have received a payment". SO basically they hold your car hostage until you pay their ridiculous fees. One of the fees was 40 bucks to open the gate. And since he opened the gate twice, I got charged 80 bucks. The property was shady, there were cigarette butts on the ground inside. DEFINITELY do not use this service they are shady and very unprofessional.
