Provided by YP.comAnother happy customer....Professional Detail Svc has provided me with quality service upon each service call, they are detailed and the quailty of service is outstanding!! They are professionals and I wouldn't allow anyone else to detail my vehicles. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of work and time spent.....I'm a repeat customer and has been for more than 10 yrs! Great job Professional Detail Mobile Service, you guys are the GREATEST!

Provided by YP.comTerrible experience. He said he would be there first thing in the am and didn't show up until 11:30 (no big deal). I look outside and he is smoking a cigar in my car while vacuuming. When my husband requested that he not smoke in the car, he argued with us about why it's ok to smoke in the car with the doors open. It was supposed be a detail, but I had to request for him to clean the driver door and console. There were crumbs left over and my car smelled musty afterwards. On top of everything he had a terrible attitude. I felt over charged for an unsatisfactory end product.
On 9/14/11 it was a very cloudy morning and this young lady wanted her car shampoo she call for us to come out and it started raining while heading to her house we get there and did the job and she stated job well done be yall dont clean out the console and she was told we dont go in consoles or gloveboxes unless the customer request it. She did show us a spot on the driver door and it was taken care of and the console after she requested. Then she stated good job but i think $55 is to much.. And as for as a musty smell the car was full of dog hair!! And we were there for 3 1/2 hours. We have been doing this for over 15 years and this is a first. If she was unhappy we would have glad to make her happy.
