Project Go has helped me pay my utility bill a few times over the years. Staff is very helpful and patient. The last time I got help, my application got lost in the mail and they worked with me and Roseville Utilities and prevented an electrical shut-off.

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING AND A GOD SEND. ELECTRICITY WAS DISCONNECTED AND NOT EVEN 2 HOURS LATER MY LIGHTS WERE PAID AND SERVICE WAS RESTORED, NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE VOUCHER AMOUNT COVERED MY DELINQUENT PORTION AND 3 ADDITIONAL MONTHS. I CALLED THEM, THEY TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND THEY WERE HELPFUL IN GETTING AN EMAIL TO MY MOTHER WHICH LIVES OUT OF CITY AS SHE WAS PART OF MY INCOME VERIFICATION WHICH WAS REQUIRED. I WOULD RECOMMEND (AND I HAVE) TO ANYONE IN PLACER COUNTY NEEDING ASSISTANCE WITH UTILITY PAY. TWO THUMBS UP, FIVE STAR SERVICE, KUDOS, KUDOS, KUDOS!!!
THE ONLY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WAS THE RECEPTIONIST, FOR WHATEVER REASON SHE HAD A MAJOR ATTITUDE. BUT I QUICKLY PUT HER IN HER PLACE AND MADE SURE SHE KNEW I WASN'T TAKEN HER EYE ROLLING, SIGHING OUT LOUDLY AND SLAMMING PAPERS AROUND. SHE CHANGED THAT ATTITUDE REAL QUICK.
