We provide a complete continuum of care with a wide range of treatment options, including:

All of our programs are designed to help people find hope, begin recovery, and develop and implement a healthy plan for life. We use a holistic, abstinence-based model of care that incorporates education, specific therapy, peer relationships and general health with the supportive network of 12-step recovery groups. Individualized care plans allow patients to work on both general issues affecting everyone and specific issues that meet their individual needs.
Our Granite Falls treatment center offers separate care units, a meditation center and wonderful recreation facilities in a quiet setting in southwestern Minnesota, serving patients from all over the state and beyond.
Our care team is made up of licensed professionals including psychologists, licensed counselors and nurses, a chaplain and a physical fitness trainer.
