The man working who I assume was the owner delivered terrible service upon entry. After I had a nail removed from my tire I noticed there was a large scratch ring around the edge of the rim from the tire removal machine. I pointed the scratch ring out and he at first tried to deny saying that he uses a protector. I pointed to the look of my other rims and then pointed out the paint and metal flakes still sitting loosely on the edge of my rim. After that he said, "so what its just paint, paint it." After that I nearly had to hold him at gun point just to say sorry. If I knew the level of service and the damage I would have received from my visit at Pro Tire I would have went somewhere else. Don't go to Pro Tire if you care about your vehicle because the owner certainly doesn't care about you or the damage he causes.
