WORST DOG BOARDING/TRAINING FACILITY OUT THERE.



I had detailed conversations with Sonya for two weeks before booking a boarding visit. The night we showed up (the day before we were leaving on vacation) Sonya insulted us and our dog, said that she would absolutely not be training her 6 hours a day (as she stated before I booked) and that if I wanted that I needed to go to Meadowbrook Kennels. She didn't even know what we were there for after our many conversations over the phone. She falsely advertised and represented to us what she would provide at the rate she quoted (which was $45.00 a DAY) and now will not refund our money. We walked out immediately after meeting Sonya and seeing her "farm". STAY AWAY. This was the worst experience I have had with a business, ever. I have attempted to correct the situation with Sonya and she has been nothing but rude.
