When I can't be there for my two kitties, I want family to take care of them! And that is what Carlene is! My two cats get outstanding care and I get absolute peace of mind. Carlene is dedicated to caring for Pesh and Milton as if they were her own and it shows in her actions. From detailed reports, to prompt response to my phone calls and emails, to fun and innovative toys that keep my little ones stimulated while I am away. I highly recommend Auntie Carlene and I know that Pesh and Milton would too, if they could type!

A friend provided Carlene's name to me saying that Carlene provided exceptional service. Since 2004 she has provided regular love and care to my 3 cats while I travel and even while I recovered from surgeries. Carlene entices them to play, maintains their diets, follows my requests,and makes detailed notes for me to read upon my return. Actually, I think she spoils them (and me) a bit! Even my difficult girls love Carlene. She is gentle, patient, and attentive to any behavior changes. My cats and I trust her. This is her calling!

Carlene's cat sitting service is the only one we would consider using. She's exceptionally good at caring for our two elder cats, including our 21 year old guy who needs to be given fluids every week. From her detailed notes to the fun kitty gifts she sometimes brings, we know can leave and our kitties will have the same (or better!) level of care as we provide. Carlene is extremely conscientious and we trust her implictly. You just won't find a better pet-sitter, pet companion and pet friend!

We live in Cardiff, and Carlene took care of our 2 cats while we were out of town for over 3 weeks on a trip to Europe. She did such a great job, and took detailed notes which she left for us including the cats' behavior, play time with Carlene, food and water history, litter box information, and their health for each visit. She brought extra toys for their play time together, and even left them as gifts! Our cats are very needy for attention, but are cautious of strangers. They took very well to Carlene, and I know they got the human affection they needed while we were gone. We missed our kitties while we were away; and when we found some time to send Carlene an email, she responded quickly and even sent us pictures of them!
