The owner gave absolutely horrible service. Was given a quote by an employee but the owner over charged me after the fact and actually said because she's the owner it's now $x instead. Said "if you people wouldn't get your cars towed you wouldn't have to worry about it." Who the hell is "you people" and what gives you the right to charge whatever you want?!
