The name Queen comes from my one and only daughter of whom means the world to me. Consequently, when I came up with the business idea, I felt my daughter will one day own rights to my accomplishment and that was how I came up with the name... Queen of Jars Thinking back as a kid, I have always had a love for baking and the desire to create. I enjoy most of all the reactions I get from friends and family after they have had one of my specialties. That is what inspired me the most to want to share my talent. I have a guilty infatuation with different ingredients, freshness and quality. I understand the importance of knowing what ingredients mix well with others. I recall always wanting to go grocery shopping with my mom not only because I wanted to sneak things in the cart that I would later experiment with but also because I was intrigued by the variety of flavors that baking has to offer. Today as a single full time mother of 5 my biggest supporters are my children. They inspire me so much to stay in the kitchen and creating new ideas. To see the smile on their faces and the reactions I get, sometimes makes me want to cry because it makes me feel like I have been holding back a gift that I should share with the world. I came up with the idea of baking desserts in jars because I would always feel guilty after baking a whole cake or a pan of brownies and then indulging myself because I did not want it to go to waste. As a result, I figured if I could portion each serving into a single jar that it would only be a guilty pleasure. Royal treats for any occasion ~Tiffany Gordon
