Residential Energy Savings Agreement (RESA) For a small price, customers can purchase one, two, or three years of tune-ups on their equipment. One year consists of three tune-ups,two years is an additional two tune-ups for a total of five, and three years is two more tune-ups, for a total of seven tune-ups over three years. Benefits include lower utility bills, extended equipment life, improved capacity, 10% discount on repairs, inflation protection, and more. * Some of the tune-up procedures included is * Clean ignition assembly * Monitor starting capabilities * Test safety controls * Clean or replace air filters * Tighten electrical connections * Clean coils * Lubricate all moving parts and more.
