Had a vehicle towed to R&H (SC Highway Patrol rotation). Went to pick up vehicle 4 days later during business hours (on a weekday, not a holiday) to pay bill and get vehicle towed by another company. When we got there, they were closed. So we called them and they said they we done for the day and we could get it the next day. I asked about the storage fee and he said nothing he could do about it because he never got a call and he was done for the day. I said we did not want to keep adding to tow bill. He said not his fault, he didn't wreck the vehicle. Neither did we. Another car hit us and they don't have insurance. We called SC Highway Patrol and the called him and said he needed to come release the vehicle as they need to be open during business hours. He repeatedly called me dirty for calling SCHP and said he offered to waive the additional storage fee but he never did. Stay away from this company.
