My mother has been working with R & R for almost twenty years. I myself have had the opportunity to work with this contractor. Ramiro Sr. is such a sweet heart, easy to talk to, and really cares about the people who work for him. His sons come off as being cocky, but they seem to try to be fair with the people. I have always been thankful to this company since they have never refused to offer my family work. Of course, farm labor is hard and long and there is no easy way around it. In a way I am also thankful for the strenuous work that I encountered while working in the fields because it showed me how to work, value what I had, and it motivated me to continue my education after high school. Also, I have not witnessed any racism while working with R & R. Finally, Most of the people who work with this company have done so for many years and so they know each other very well.

This Company is Racist they are Mexican and they mis treat there own people plus they hire you with out papers ICE should really look into this company Worked there once never again they are really rude people specially at the office I was hired bye them without any prior documentation and they hired me wow and than they make my check out and they do not want to pay me without filling out an application ridiculous
