When the owner of the company showed up when I asked for an estimate, and after I explained everything I wanted done he wrote an estimate up on paper. After saying everything was included, I agreed on him doing the work.
He completed the job, and I paid him before realizing he did not complete the job. When I asked whe he did not finish the job, it was replied with "I forgot".
After he returned to finish the job, I had to pay him additionally for the rest of the work, which he left again, this time to go get more supplies... not returning or completing the job AGAIN. When I called him this time I was AGAIN TOLD THAT HE FORGOT!!!
So my comment is to forget using this company!!!
