I recently had my car not start and called R&S and they took great care of me and my car, I had to have the car towed so their tow truck came and picked me and my car up and when I got to their shop they gave me a loaner car to get to work, I had them fix my car, it was an electrical problem they had it done by the time I left work and was able to pick it up that same day. I am very happy and will continue to give them my businessThanks R&S

I brought my car in to the shop and asked them to please do a diagnostic, I thought that the issue with my car was a hoze that fell off, I asked them if they found that is was the hoze while doing the diagnostic if they could please just put it back on. Well after 2 hours they called to tell me nothing was wrong, that I just couldnt use the air conditioning and to come pick up the car, and I still owed the $68 for the cost of the diagnostic. I asked them if they did the diagnostic and one of the men there began almost yelling at me telling me to come and pick up my car, and that he can no longer do business with people at my job (a number of us have gone there)! Then he proceeded to say "you people are rediculous". Needless to say I do not recommend ever taking your car here. My coworker had the same issus with them not doing the diagnostic when asked to then trying to charge for it!!!!!

I took my car there and did not go thru the normal run around car guys give women. The price was reasonable and I actually asked around and was told I got a great price for the service I needed. Not my normal car guys but when I need something else done big or small I'm going to R&S!!
