These guys did a great job! They were able to get a bus out for me at the last minute for a Bachelorette party, our driver was extremely nice and very patient. I would definitely recommend them for future events!

I would definately use this service.!!! The price was GREAT!They took VERY good care of all of are needs! The bus was really nice just like the photo...WE HAD A GREAT TIME.

We used Ragin Uptown for our wedding and it was pretty awesome. The party bus arrived early, so as bride I didn't have to worry at all. It was a great experience and a lot of fun for us and our friends. We got a bus because we had a very large wedding party of 25 people and wanted to make sure we stayed together and no one got lost or was late. It worked out perfectly and it was tons of fun. The bus driver was so nice and very professional. I highly recommend using this service AND you can drink on the way to your events!!!

The Ragin Uptown Party Bus was a blast - clean, safe and the driver was professional Best of all - it was so much fun. We were out to celebrate my friend's birthday - and the bus was awesome. In fact, we decided to stay on the bus at the end of the night to celebrate instead of hit our last stop. Four stars! Great experience!

Rented from this company for our prom. We called the driver and told him we were ready to be picked up. He said he would be at the BOA stadium in about 10 minutes. Since it was raining, we waited and went out and had to wait another 15 minutes before he showed up. Another limo driver asked if we had a problem and then told us our driver probably had another party he was transporting. The driver said he got lost and the company didn't have an apology or offer any kind of reimbursement. We will never use them again.

BUS IS NOT SAFE!!! THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY SAFETY EQUIPMENT IN THE EVENT OF BREAKDOWN OR ACCIDENT! We know this because the bus broke down on the side of the highway in 20 degree weather. There were no safety flares and the lights were dead, so for our own safety, (30 people). For 1.5 hours we were stuck on the side of 85. The bus had also broken down on the way to pick us up. There were an hour late, putting into jeopardy our reservations for the 30 of us. Fortunately, the restaurant we went to was incredibly understanding and made accomodations. The driver never called to tell us he was running late, we had to contact him. After this dangerous and unsafe exprience, you would think we would be refunded. Nope not a dime. They do not offer any refunds. This company is terrible and should be avoided at all costs.

I would like to take the time to pass on my overall satisfaction with a recent Party Bus rental with Ragin' Uptown Party Charters. We have been on several of their buses over the years and always had a great time. We had never booked one ourselves until last week for my wife's 40th birthday party. I will say that Ragin' Uptown delivers the absolute best experience for a fun night on the town with friends. We don't get out much, so having a professional and knowledgeable driver was a bonus! He recommended several bars and clubs that were exactly what we were looking for....not to mention, we were treated like we were celebrities when we arrived. No lines and only had to pay a partial cover at one of our 5 stops because they had live music and part of the door cover went to the band. The bus was great...clean and a great atmosphere with the lighting and limo style seating to kick back and have drinks with our friends! On the way home we got to experience the awesome sound system...because at that point we were feeling ummmm...ok a little buzzed. The fact that for only $16 per person we got a great experience, paid no parking, had our own tour guide, free club admission and all got home safely with no DUI risks is reason enough to recommend this service to anyone! We are planning to book one next month to go to a concert at the NC Music Factory! Ragin' Uptown is the best!

We wanted a bus that would pick us up at a designated location, drop us off downtown, and pick us up again and take us back home. We were so impressed about this website and the people we talked to at this company that we decided to use them. We were picked up twenty minutes late by a bus that had no air (it was 99 degrees outside). We were to be picked by 1:30. It was 2:20 before they came and this was only after we called numerous times and complained. Even after all of this they were not apologetic at all but they did offer to give us free vouchers for more rides on the bus. No way would we accept this. It was the night from hell with this company.
