I utilize their dry cleaning, alterations and laundromat services. I've been satisfied every time.

Once again Ramblewood Hi-Tone has done an amazing job. Not only is the staff ALWAYS helpful and friendly but they are consistently quick and reliable. I've taken a variety of styles to them and no matter what material it's made of, where it's made, fancy or casual they always know how to handle my clothes.



There is one dress I will never be able to thank them enough for getting it as clean as the day it was bought:



My good friend spent days trying to find the perfect party style dress for her 21st birthday (imagine being the friend that was tugged to all the different stores) it was a silky/satin blue dress with frills and other small details. She was so excited about it she didn't think twice about paying the price. The night of her birthday a party bus was used to bar hop along Grand Rapids and you can guess what happened, she had drinks spilled all over her - the worst was this horrible dark, red drink all down the front of it. She thought she'd never be able to wear it again - a $150 dollar dress only worn once.



Being the friend I am, took it to Hi-Tone and they made it spotless! We were both amazed. Point of the story is they made very happy customers and it only cost 10 bucks! I will never go anywhere else.
