This business is ran in the most unprofessional manor I have ever encountered.. Randy was incredibly rude and told me I was "wasting his time" because I called 10 minutes before he closed to check on my vehicle. Never again will I put my vehicle in his incapable hands. Just a heads up everyone, stay away!!!

I took my Mercury Mariner to Belle tire to get a quote on a "pedal to the floor" brake problem and they quoted me $550. (Calipers froze up and the brake line was busted)

I took that BT quote and my vehicle over to Randy's and he went through it and told me all the stuff they added that wasn't "necessary" and fixed it for a little over $150 within a day.



I won't go anywhere else for my repairs from now on!

And believe me.... with 140K on my truck - it will probably be there more often.

He's an honest and very "cool guy"!!

This place is the greatest ! I had a car that wouldn't start and sat in my driveway for over two years.I thought often about just junking it because it's a 1996 with over 160,000 miles on it,but it looks pretty decent still so one day I called Randy's to see what they could do.We had it towed in on a Friday afternoon and I was told then that they couldn't even get around to looking at it till most likely Tuesday of the next week.I told them at that time if it could be fixed for under $500.00 to go ahead and do the work.That Monday at noon my car was back home running like new.The cost... $202.18.These guys are fair and do excellent work !
