My first visit to Randy's was on Saturday, February 15. As you can see in the ad, the hours are 24/7. On the front of the building, the sign say "open on Saturday and Sunday". When I called to locate someone, I was told they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. My second visit to Randy's was on Tuesday, February 18. I gave them a document signed by the owner that gave me permission to pick up the truck. I was told it had to be a notarized document (Dugger's never required a notorized doument). Visit THREE was on Friday, February 21, two full weeks after the truck had been impounded. With notarized document in hand, I handed it to the man behind the counter. He handed me a bill that included a $25.00 fee for mailing a certified letter to my address. I told him I never received the letter, a notice or anything. When he showed me the letter, the postage was not enough so the letter had been returned to Randy's without ever being delivered! Finally, Finally he reimbursed me the $25.00. When I asked for the keys to the truck, he said he didn't know where they were. I found the truck in your lot, by myself with no help from your staff. Luckily, the keys were in the truck.
