Terrible! NO compassion whatsoever. Talked with Charlotte who is quick to tell you she is an expert and knows what needs to be done, without even taking the time to find out details of what has happened. No assessments needed, no evaluations, no anything... But she instantly says she knows what you need and you have no choice in the matter because protocols will dictate everything that happens.



There is a need for the center but employees like Charlotte will keep people from seeking the help the may need.
