Technician came at time stated, determined what the problem was, how much it cost and the length of time to repair. The entire process including us having to go out to buy a garbage disposal took approximately two hours total. The technician was very courteous and professional at all times with our questions as an elderly couple. Thanks to Marvin, the technician and Rapid Plumbing we can now use our kitchen sink.

Use this plumber with caution. Hot water heater would not say lit. Had this plumber out to check it. Convinced us that we needed a new unit. Replaced it quickly but at a highly inflated price of $1800.I ill never call a plumber again because of this outfit.

I have had the same experience twice - Excellent!!! They arrived within 2 hours of my call, offered me 3 different discounts, did a fabulous job, and they are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and clean! No mess left! The local plumbers haven't even called back in

the last 48 hours! Rapid Plumbing is the only plumber I will use! The price is great too! I don't know why others are writing bad reviews unless those are the people that wrote bad checks.

BEWARE!! These guys are crooks. Took advantage of my grandmother because she didnt know any better. Charged her $1,700 for two toilets that were on sale at home depot for $99 bucks each. Their license should be revoked! 0 Stars

Do not use this plumber!!!! They will tell you to do repairs that are not needed and are way overpriced. After paying them for hours of work and the problem not resolved they suggested a repair that would cost me in the thousands. I hired a new plumber and within an hour and for 100.00 the problem was resolved. Do not use!

I called them to pump my septic tank. they told me I needed to have my septic tank hydro washed and it would be 1400. Dollars and they would warrantee it ...I did it and then after the fact they said oh your septic tank is bad so now we wont warrantee it. And 4 months later I needed to have my septic tank pumped again they said sorry no warrantee! to top it off they said when I to have it pumped the second time. that yes they would pump it for free and they would be out that day. they did not show up then I called the next day they said oh they will be right out...when they got there they then said it would be 500.dollars to pump it because it needed to be dug up...I had already had someone else dig it up and ready to be nice. they are a total rip off! took advantage of me!

Called Rapid Plumbing to help with a clogged kitchen drain, their plumber showed up very quickly even though it was late at night. He cleared the drain and didn't charge extra for the late service. Very professional and will definately use them again.
