I have been in two accidents. Orange County Body Works has worked on both of my cars.



The worse part of my accidents is having to deal with the aftermath. It's another issue I thought that I had to deal with that's going to consume my time for months. In addition, the stress and frustration that comes along with the disaster. Missing work, several calls to my insurance agency, getting a rental, meeting with the claims adjuster and getting my car repaired. All things I do not want to address with my already demanding schedule.



I was referred to Orange County Body Works and to my surprise; they nearly took care of all my concerns for me. The only thing I did was call to report my accident, pick up my rental car and pick up my car when it was completed. I did not expect that I would be offered this much service. I thought I was going to have to take care of everything myself.



When I called Orange County Body Works, John came to pick up my car. He asked for my insurance information and my claim representatives' name. I provided him with that information. He offered to take me to go rent a car. I thought that was wonderful. I didn't have to worry about asking someone to give me a lift or calling around to coordinate this with a car rental company.



While my car was at the shop, I didn't have to deal with any insurance hassle. My claims representative and the claims adjuster dealt directly with Orange County Body Works. I was able to go about my daily routine without interruption and minimal stress.



When my car was completed, I stopped by to pick it up. They allowed me to inspect my car and take it for a test drive. I left my rental there for them to return it for me.



My car has been running great. The body work is outstanding. People can't tell that it has been in an accident. They have replaced my fender, hood and front bumper.



Needless to say, my second experience at OCBW was GREAT as well. They are very professional and accommodating. At the same time, they are welcoming and friendly. I haven’t been told this by their staff, but according to my experience and their actions, they understand that being in a car accident could be overwhelming so they go above and beyond to make things right for their customers.

this is the worst body shop ever! No customer service, no quality at all! Out of courtesy, we went to the Orange county body works that was requested from the lady that hit my sisters car. This lady was a family member or a friend of the people that works in that body shop. All that was needed to be done was the front bumper, nothing big. Three day later when we got out car back, the bumper was an obviously lighter color than the rest car and to top that... the Acura symbol was upside down!! Instead of an "A" it was a "V!" Wait... theres more, there was glue all around the symbol. I have never seen this kind of service anywhere! How embarrassing that they cannot hire a person that would know the difference between an A and a V for an ACURA! Now when we complained about the sorry work that was done, the guy that worked on the car ONLY agreed to fixing the upside down symbol! My father had to speak to the owner which he later agreed to fixing the requested parts. Three more days the car had to be left in the shop. When we got the car back the second time, everything looked decent enough considering the fact that they had 6 days to fix the front bumper. Of course they had no respect because couple hours after getting the car back, we realized that the back brakes lights are out and the front signals don't work. Are you kidding me?!?! This is the worst customer service ever provided and the worst quality ever. I'm pissed off at the fact that my younger sister could have been hurt just because someone there at the ORANGE COUNTY BODY WORKS is so dumb and immature that he had to mess with her brake lights and signal lights. Now if you knew how to fix car in the first place than we wouldn't have this problem. I would NEVER spend or request this body shop to anybody. Whoever wrote that first review must be a person that works in that shop because I saw nothing good coming from that place. Save yourself the trouble and find another body repair shop... trust me.
