Terrible, terrible service. The Supervisor above the clerical staff is an arrogant non service oriented person. She is clueless. The company screwed up and did not finish the install. I complained. I had already paid for work not done. She got mad and refused to finish the job! Are you kidding me? I own and operate 9 rental units. They all have flooring. I will NEVER use Rays again. Poor service.
