My first experience with Ray's was when I was 17 yrs old - an overheated car, pulled into establishment and they placed water in my radiator. Planned to tip them generously until they charged me. 40 years later needed my mother's car towed to dealer and after two phone calls, they never did and had no record of my request. Would never use them again!

Great service, a friendly, helpful driver. Took the car to a place of our choice. Was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they ame. Would definitely use them again.

Had my car towed by a guy name Joe was very disrespectful and was very racist I will never use this company again he was very disrespectful and racist I will be looking for a way to report ur company he towed my car on 1_5_201230

great service had a car towed from side of the freeway and it was taken to the shop of my choosing the driver offered me a ride and was really nice . and when i called to get a copy of the receipt to get remembered from my insurance they promptly faxed it to me.

Completely rude staff. I went to get my plates off after an accident, and not one of the male truck drivers let me borrow a screwdriver! Mine was too small. When asked I was told "private tools" in the rudest manner. Then the woman had the nerve to make remarks when i was having difficulty. I eventually got them off by using my own quarter. Now I know they are not a garage and they didn't have to let me use a tool, but c'mon have some common decency! And Im sure someone had a screwdriver in their tow truck. I would Never use this place for anything.
