Provided by YP.comIf you are considering buying a house or renting an apartment in the South Bend/Mishawaka/Granger, IN area, I would strongly recommend that you stay away from and avoid any business dealings with the Re-Max Real Estate office located at 3010 Hickory Rd. in Mishawaka, IN.
They have on their staff a realtor by the name of Charlotta A. Goss.
She has a very low standard of ethics for a person in the field. She will not honor a contract that you sign with her and will, if necessary, she will fraudulently (commit perjury) entice and paying off the Magistrates in the South Bend Small Claims Court system, namely Magistrates Richard McCormick and J.E. Smithburn to return a judgment in her favor.
