We needed to sale our home fast. Lynn came over and told us what we needed to do to make our house more appealing to Buyers, that's called Staging. She listed for more than we expected and it sold in less than a week! Full Price! Lynn negotiated with the Buyers, she was able to prove why it was priced where it was and the Buyers agreed.

When we had a couple Work Orders, after the Inspection and Lynn knew who to call to get the work done, they came over quickly did the work and our housed closed in less than 4 weeks...from sign up to sign down.

I just want to say what a good job Lynn Henderson did for me, as my Listing Agent, when I sold my house in

Kent, WA. Lynn helped me stage my house so it showed better than I'd ever seen it, in fact I had second thoughts of selling, but I needed to. She did the market analysis and we decided on a listing price...but when she brought the flyers over, she said..."you know, I think you can get more. It's in great shape and there is only one other house like yours on the market in this area...so she raised the price, redid the flyers and it sold for full price a week later.
