I have my carpets cleaned every six months by different companies because they get dirty so fast with 4 dogs and two active boys. I decided to go with Red Carpet because they were referred by a girlfriend of mine who gave them rave reviews- she said You Must Call these guys which is good enough reason for me.

They came out and saw the condition of the carpet and quoted a price lower than I have ever paid in the past so that made me suspicious right off the bat, but the technician explained they charge by the job, not the condition of the carpet. I agreed and he began the service. Two hours later he was finished- I paid other companies twice the price for 45 minutes of work- in and out.

He explained that the carpets needed to be restored due to all the chemicals the other cleaners left behind he had to return the PH of the carpet back to neutral, simply put he had to spend time rinsing the carpet with fresh water- something no other company ever did.

I'm a true believer, it has been 3 months and the carpets look great- no resoiling. Now I see it takes time to properly clean carpet and I finally found a company that treats every job like it was their own home. They are the only cleaning company I use from now on.

I called at the last minute... Someone came out and cleaned my carpets and upholstery the same day. He did an excellent job on both of them. I would recommend this company to any who wants the job done right the first time.

I recently bought a foreclose as an investment property and the carpets were previously cleaned by the bank- you could tell, but I wanted to have them done again before renting it out.



I was amazed, the technician actually brought a commercial vacuum with a see through bag and vacuumed the entire house- for like an hour. Before he started, he showed me the vacuum brush and told me it had been sterilized along with the cleaning cup and let me watch him make a few passes to see how much dirt it picked up- he was excited to say the least. When finished the cup was completely full of stuff I don't even want to talk about.



The Technician told me he could just use the truckmount vac like everyone else- it would be easier and faster for him, but look what it would leave behind- besides everyone knows that water and dirt make mud.



He really cared about my property and it showed- he took his time and was proud of his work. Wayne, my technician called it restoration cleaning- that's all they do. I just call him and consider it done.



It's hard to find people like that in this day and age- the last carpet guy I hired was kind of rough looking and whiney. Come to think about it, if I were in a Casino I wouldn't want to sit next to him- much less let him into my home. I'm sure glad I found these guys- one less thing to worry about.

My husband Jack and I recently retired and moved from Los Angeles to Vegas this month. We used to own and operate a national carpet cleaning franchise for the last 10 years and sold it to our younger partner so we can enjoy our twilight years. Before moving into our new home my husband called Red Carpet to get the place ready for the movers and furniture deliveries.



Full disclosure, Red Carpet Care used to be our main competition for the upscale market in the LA area, they (like us) recently moved to Vegas to service the outflow of people from Southern California. These guys are the best- Boutique cleaning at its finest. My husband is quite the stickler and I was surprised to find him watching Monday Night Football in the garage instead of the Cleaner. He said as soon as I saw the Kirby Vacuum with the bag-less dirt cup, I know these guys knew what they're doing.



They cleaned all of the carpets and tile/grout in our home so emphatically well, I expected to pay three times as much as what they charged. Averaging out the four plus hours they were here cleaning, the bill came to less than half of what you would expect to pay a local handyman to fix odd jobs around the home- and the results are worth every penny. The place just feels like ours now.



We know the cleaning service industry first hand- Wayne and his brother Brian's company are and will always be the Cleaners Cleaner. Thanks guys for everything, and may God bless you as you grow your business- Just keep doing what you do. Don't forget us when we call you over for the Holidays.
