I called Reddi Rootr just before the holidays about replacing our bathroom faucets. I was told that they could get a service tech out the very same day. The tech arrived as scheduled and replaced both faucets and a water line valve in the basement. The tech was very courteous and had the job done in no time. He also cleaned up the area and explained the warranty on the new faucets and Reddi Rootr's satisfaction guarantee.

Very rude when trying to make appointment. Obviously no importance on customer service

We contacted Reddi Services on the hottest day of the year in June 2009 after our air conditioner broke the previous day. Reddi Services guaranteed that they would be able to provide service that afternoon much to our relief. They were obviously very busy with similar calls, but made good on their promise and had all the parts they needed on the truck to complete the repair and get us back into cool air. Brian went above and beyond with his customer service educating us on how to maintain our unit and ensure that we maximize its efficiency. I would recommend Reddi Services to anyone who wants to get great service at a fair price. Thanks Brian!

They did not show up the first day. They called at 5:00 PM that day and said we would be first thing in the morning the next day. Again a no show. Cancelled them and called another company.

They were supposed to be out Monday. They called at 5:00 PM to say they wouldn't be out but would be out first thing the next morning. Never showed never called.
