Red's Rollers does a meticulous, almost flawless job of interior and exterior painting. They are very concerned with doing an excellent job and making sure that the customer is satisfied by continually checking on satisfaction and going back for touch ups. I was selling my house and I called Ed (the owner) to have work done before my house went on the market. Although they worked under time pressure, the work was excellent and completed four days before the open house, a day earlier than promised. When Ed gave me the bill it was about a 1/3 less than the quote. When I asked why I only had to pay the lower price he said because the estimate was based on 3 days and they only needed 2. It's hard to find such honesty anymore. Excellent work done in timely fashion and at a lower price than I was prepared to pay.



It couldn't get any better, right? Wrong. Disaster struck. A major leak in the bathroom plumbing located above the kitchen, with water coming through the drywall seams in the ceiling, 3 days before the open house. I called Ed and he said he would be here early the next morning before going to his scheduled job. The next morning he was here and he patched the ceiling. The following morning he returned, again before his scheduled job, to paint what he patched the prior day.



Now it couldn't get any better, right? Wrong again. When I asked how much it would cost he said "It only took me about an hour or so of my time and you gave us a $50 tip when we were here the first time, so call it a going away present."
