Reeves Awnings
Reviews
06/18/2018
Provided by YP.comFor the past few seasons, we've been increasingly disappointed with Reeves Awning. For one, their storage of the awnings isn't good anymore. They are hung wrinkled and mildew-stained, like they've been carelessly stored in moisture. More recently -- and what has spurred this review now -- is that they've become careless in putting the awnings up. They clearly didn't do it properly this last time, which led to the awning frame detaching in a wind gust and slamming into the window, shattering it.
I called Reeves Awning immediately after it happened, and they promised that an owner would come out to take care of it. Someone did indeed come out, but only to re-attach the awning. I've called multiple times since to sort out the window damage caused by their negligence, but they won't answer my phone calls and have yet to return my messages.
Their quality and business ethics have deteriorated markedly, and to the point where you'd be better off finding someone else.
