It is only my mom's second day of service with Reliable but I noticed something i just couldnt help but brag up. She met a New aide today Michelle. She was very friendly caring considerate and knowledgeable of what she needed and went out of her way to make sure she had a great day. She cooked cleanned did laundry and chatted with her the whole time as if she were a friend. She even took the time without needing to and wrote out a nice note telling what she had done for her mentioning her by name and put when she would arrive tomorrow and let me know if we needed anything or wanted something special done or cooked to call her or let her know and t would gladly be done . If there was something she needed help with and couldnt answer or get done she would get someone who could. It is awesome to see someone take such good care of her and go out of their way to let me know what's going on (even when they didnt have to).
