The owner showed up at the sellers home an hour and a half early that morning. He had in tow his wife, kids, and a dog! He was told that the appointment time was not for an hour and a half and then proceeded to sit in her drive way. I received a call asking me to please have him leave the driveway until the appointment time from the sellers agent. He did so, then came back 10 min late to the actual appointment time. With him giving us limited information (may be language barrier) he took some measurements and spent about 45 min looking over the home. He was unable to give an invoice or estimation of work needed. Raul then texted my client later that evening demanding $500 to come out to look at the home today because, according to him, he "wasted half his day". He then brought his "fee" down to $250. The business card he handed us clearly says "free estimates". He has earned a "do not do business with" from my company. If you are needed Log services use Colorado Log Enterprises, LLC
