This ocean front property is a great location for being on the beautiful Atlantic Shore. Swim and play in the surf, walk on the shore, take a dip in either of the two pools or hot tub, or lounge on the new pool furniture. All of this is just outside your door. This is the only duplex on the Island that has a pool on both the ocean and sound side.
