I had no choice in being tow by this company due to breaking down on 290 and the state police calling the towing service. Though high $150 plus $3/mile the service was okay until it came to get a receipt. The tow driver stated that he could not give a receipt but if I call it could be faxed directly to my insurance company. I called on the same day and then was informed that it was already in the mail and I could not receive a faxed copy of the bill. Waiting 8 days I called stating that I did not receive a receipt in the mail and was informed that bill would be located and I would receive a call back and the statement would be faxed. Needless to say I still have no statement.
