Very disappointed at all levels of service. I signed up through Groupon. I initially called and spoke with someone who said we would have to go online to fill out their questionnaire in order to scheduled a date. We had some questions again after we were done, so we called back on numerous occasions and were only able to leave messages on voicemail. Finally, yesterday I got ahold of a lady (I believe her name was Wendy, but I'm not sure because she hung up before I could ask). Anyway I explained to Wendy that we had left several unreturned calls over more than a week and she said, "Well you must have been one of those people who bought the Groupon and waited until the last minute to book". "We were swamped by all of you". I said, OK, well we shceduled a date already.... She cut me off and said, "Just because you picked a date doesn't mean it's scheduled". I told her at this point, I was thinking about just getting a refund and should I do that through her. She said, "No, you need to call Groupon. I'll just destroy your file. Thanks and have a nice day". Then she hung up on me. All I can figure is they have more business than they need because we were looking forward to having or family photos, but now we will have to look elsewhere. Just a note.... If they don't return your calls, get your refund from Groupon quickly as they are hesitant to give refunds after the Groupon has expired.
