Provided by YPmobileWe had an issue with our air conditioner and our home warranty company referred us to this company. The tech seemed to know what he was doing but when we tried to schedule repair job all of a sudden there was $2700 in extra fees. We decided to get second opinion and used the other company.

REO called us to set up a service call and arrived during the specified time frame. The repairman was professional and fixed the problem. He explained what the problem was. There were no surprises and no extra charges. Thank you for the great service!

Provided by YP.comAs a single woman I am always leary. I had a really good experience and I think you will as well. My AC unit stopped working, I called and a very knowledgeable technician came out right away and fixed unit. Would definitely use REO again.

Provided by YP.comGreat experience with REO. We needed to replace our HVAC, and the entire process was as painless as anyone could make it. Their bid was very reasonable, and their installers were experts. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and customer-oriented. I expect to use them for any heating/air conditioning needs I have in the future.

It's refreshing to find a company that does a good job AND stands behind their work. The whole project went much more smoothly then I could have imagined. Each day the lead technician, Zack would update me on the progress of the work. This crew loves their work! They are thorough, meticulous, and incredibly knowledgeable in this field. Good Job REO! Thanks I was 2nd guessing using REO because of a couple negative reviews I'm so glad I hung in there.
