Hello! I'm Dr. Michael Derry, a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy based in Jacksonville, Florida. I'm board-certified in orthopedics and specialize in mobile, in-home or in-office physical therapy services that come to you. I help motivated individuals achieve the pain relief and life they have always deserved by removing barriers and providing exceptional care. I do that by creating personalized, patient-centric physical therapy programs that are effective and convenient. Many of my patients have experienced low back pain relief with in-home physical therapy that is typically covered by Medicare. I also provide exercise programming, dry needling, and advocacy visits.
