Don't fall victim to this scam artist! He ordered a part for my dryer and collected 1/2 of the price of the part. I called him numerous times over the next two months, asking, "Where's the part?" He kept telling me it was on back order. I finally called Whirlpool - the part had never been on back order. When I told Ricci this, he said he'd refund the money. The check never arrived - even after numerous promises that it was in themail - and now he won't even call me back. What a great guy.

This company is great! I received the same day service and the service charge was affordable. Polite technician and I didn't have to spend a fortune for once to get my refrigerator fixed!! Thank you Ricci! :)
