The tech showed up on time, and was very professional looking. He wore shoe covers inside my home, and was cautious not to track in dirt. He took the time to explain to me precisely what the problem was, and what was needed to fix it. He showed me where they were going to have to dig to replace my sewer line, and it was right through my flower bed! So he thoughtfully dug up my flowers one by one, so I could replace them. I thought that was very nice. So they began the work, and they kept me informed through the entire process. He took me out and showed me where the line was broke down once they got it dug up. Being elderly, I appreciated that he done that, because I knew they weren't trying to take advantage of me. When the work was done, they didn't leave the dirt piled up in my yard. They leveled it out for me to replant my flowers. I would say overall that they went above and beyond what most sewer companies would. The price was very affordable too! I would highly recommend them to do any of your plumbing! Very nice experience.
