this business is very unprofessional! after giving rick a job to cut down a large tree he told me he would start on a thursday, i told him i would need a copy of his insurance before he started in case the tree fell on a neighbors house. thursday rolled around and rick didnt show up, i called him and he assured me he would come the following wednesday, i reminded him about the copy of his insurance again and he said he would mail it to me. tuesday rolled around and i called rick to tell him that i had not received his insurance in the mail, but he wouldnt pick up his phone so i left him a fax number that he could get his insurance agent to fax the copy of his insurance to me. well wednesday rolled around and rick still didnt show up, after countless phone calls that were never picked up or returned here it is saturday and i still have not heard from him. this is a very unreliable company, dont waste your time dealing with someone like this, pay the extra $100 dollars to get someone you can count on thats going to show up when they say there going to,and at least give you a call so you won't waste your day waiting on them if they think its a possibility they won't be able to make it.
