Provided by YP.comI don't understand the negative reviews here. I've been living here in Lowell for three years now and have never experienced a problem with Riney Management. I'm especially impressed with how clean they keep the grounds year round. When I did have a plumbing problem last year on the weekend I called them and they had a plumber at my unit in a very short time. Since I've had no negative experience with this company and only positive ones I would recommend them.

Provided by YP.comIf your looking for management company that takes all your money and then provides "0" service and "0" manmagent then these are your guys.
If you want a company that hires contractors that suck up all the money then leave you rot when theres an issue or emegency these are your guys.
If you want to have to shovel yourself out 48hrs after a blizzard when everyone else has been out for days after you pay for snow removal these are your guys.
If you want contractors on your site that are rude, ignorant and keep you up all night, and tell you to eff off when asked why they're not doig theyre job then again these are your guys.
At the end of the day this is not a communication problem or management problem its a "they have your money and could care less about your concerns problem".
Please do not throw your money away on these people or give them any businses and hopefiully eventually they will go out of business and no one will have to get rob from them again

Provided by YP.comI just talked to one of the trustees for our condos. She said that they had to get rid of Riney a couple of years ago. She also said that she couldn’t tell me why, but she was telling everyone that she knows to stay away from Riney for anything. I asked her why she couldn’t tell me, but all she would say is that it is has to do with why he is no longer our management company.
I told her I’ve got a friend that’s in a condo and he thinks Riney is their company. She said that anyone who has Riney needs to make sure that Riney is not a signer on any of their accounts. She said that they don’t need to be to manage the property. Riney can manage the bills and make out checks for the trustees and bring them to a trustee to be signed once or twice a month so that the bills can be paid. This way Riney can’t take money out without trust approval or without them knowing.
I don’t know why they got rid of him, but it sounds like there wasn’t a lot of trust. Go with them if you need to, but protect yourself.
