I don't even know where to start with Riteway Chimney. When we decided to sell our house we knew we had to have the chimney looked at, so our realtor recommended Riteway (after raving about them for a good ten minutes). From the moment we called them up, they were a pleasure to work with. They are friendly and kind in a way that is rarely seen in businesses today, and they were always accommodating and patient with us. When we found out that we had to have our liner and damper replaced (to the tune of about $1,700), we were pretty devastated. We decided not to have the damper done to save some money. When Riteway got here to replace the liner they finished the job so quickly that they threw in the damper for us for free!



I have never bee treated so well by a business, and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Anyone can do a good job, but finding a business that does a top-notch job while treating their customers like family is so rare. They are truly the best!
